Homemade Cheese Crackers! Only 4 ingredients (recipe from DivasCanCook)

Since my twin brother is back in town for the day, I decided to make him a bunch of snacks to take back with him. I tried making fruit leather, but that was a disaster. I’ll make granola bars later, but as of right now I’m content with these crackers. They’re so good!! Easy too, so that’s a plus.

Here’s what you need:

1 stick of butter

2 cups of your favorite cheese, we kept it simple and did mild cheddar

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, whole wheat would be good, but I didn’t have any

1 tsp salt and then a course salt to sprinkle on top.

Combine your butter, cheese, flour and tsp of salt in the food processor. Blend that baby up! Once a dough forms, roll it in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for an hour. When you’re ready to roll it out, let it warm up a little so it’s not too tough. It’s a really easy dough to work with, so no big worries there. Then cut them up into squares with a pizza cutter and bake those babies at 350 for 10-14 mins depending on your oven.

Definitely making these again!!
